I will make it known categorically that there is no substitute for hard work. Disappointments are inevitable surely; but the harder you work, the luckier you will get. Never be satisfied with mediocrity, the reason you still experience mediocrity is because you have not discovered the secrets of hard work. Striving for success without hard work is like trying to reap where you have not sown. People that cut corners are cheaters. And cheaters will always end up cheating themselves. Believe it or not, there is no alternative to hard work. Most people believe in luck; especially the indolent. One thing they have failed to realize is that the harder one works, the less he schemes and the better whatever luck he lives by. You don’t have to bank on luck for success. Luck is gamble, and it is only hard work that gives you the safety margin for workable success.
