Role Models. It has been said in the past that “nurses eat their young?” Write a 3-5 page paper (not including title and reference page) on the importance of mentoring, role modeling and civility in nursing practice and nursing education.
3) Describe the qualities that you feel are important in a role model and mentor? How will you exemplify these qualities when teaching nursing students or peers?
